The providers at Paul Battle Associates are Board Certified Nurse Practitioners with experience in elder care, case management, primary care and urgent care. Paul Battle Associates provides Geriatric Care Management, Case Management, Life Care Planning and home Nurse Practitioner visits to persons with cognitive impairments, physical disabilities, developmental disabilities and chronic health problems.

As Board Certified Nurse Practitioners, the providers at Paul Battle Associates are part of your loved one’s health care team and have the unique ability to treat and prescribe medications for minor acute ailments at home without requiring a visit to an urgent care clinic. We provide this service in consultation with their primary care provider and specialty physicians.
